Our website allows you to review your order and correct any errors before completing your purchase. Please carefully check your order details at each stage of the checkout process, as you are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided (including delivery address, contact information, and payment details) are correct and complete.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
  Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), internet Banking

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. BSS Leather does not store your card information.

4. Order Delivery

We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days

Delivery is handled by third-party courier services. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as these are controlled by the courier service. The courier will contact you to arrange delivery.

Delivery charges apply based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via phone call or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please note that repeated order cancellations (3 or more consecutive cancellations) may result in your account being blocked from future orders.

All BSS Leather products are made with premium quality materials and undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. We stand behind the quality of our products.

Please note that the longevity and durability of leather footwear depend on proper care and usage. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

7. Showroom Availability

Products displayed on our website may also be available at our physical showrooms. However, we cannot guarantee availability at specific store locations. We recommend contacting the showroom before visiting if you’re looking for a particular product.
