Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that doesn’t fit properly or has a manufacturing defect, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility Criteria

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging, shoe box, and any accessories must be intact
  • Products must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Original purchase receipt or invoice must be provided

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us First: Call us at +880 1999991496 or email bssleathers@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and explain the issue.
  2. Do Not Return Without Approval: Keep the product with you and wait for our customer service team to approve your exchange request. Do not return the product without authorization.
  3. Exchange Approval: Once approved, we will arrange for the exchange. We will send you the replacement product via courier.
  4. Product Swap: When the courier delivers the new product, they will collect the original product from you. The courier will verify that the product meets our exchange criteria.
  5. Delivery Charges: For size exchanges, you will only need to pay the delivery charge for the new product (typically 60-120 BDT depending on location). For defective products, we will cover all costs.

Reasons for Exchange

Accepted Reasons

  • ✓Wrong size received
  • ✓Manufacturing defects
  • ✓Damaged product received
  • ✓Wrong product delivered
  • ✓Color significantly different from website

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • ✗Change of mind after 7 days
  • ✗Products that have been worn
  • ✗Damage due to misuse or neglect
  • ✗Products without original packaging
  • ✗Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Policy

Important: BSS Leather operates on an Exchange Only basis. We do not offer cash refunds for online orders. However, we will process refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If we cannot provide a replacement product due to unavailability
  • If you received a defective product and do not wish to receive a replacement
  • If we made an error in processing your order that cannot be rectified through exchange

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • bKash/Nagad payments: Refunded to the same mobile number
  • Card payments: Refunded to the original card (may take 7-14 banking days)
  • Bank transfers: Refunded to your bank account (please provide account details)
  • Cash on Delivery: You will not be charged

Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for free pickup of the defective item
  • Send you a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Process the exchange within 5-7 business days

Please note: We cannot accept returns for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care of the product.

Showroom Purchases

For products purchased directly from our showrooms:

  • Please inspect the product carefully before leaving the showroom
  • Exchanges are available within 3 days with original receipt
  • Product must be unused and in original condition with tags
  • Visit any BSS Leather showroom for exchange (bring original receipt)

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth regularly
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water and excessive moisture
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Use shoe trees or stuff with paper to maintain shape
  • Apply leather conditioner periodically to keep leather supple
  • Avoid wearing the same pair of shoes on consecutive days

Proper care will help ensure your footwear lasts longer and remains in excellent condition.
