Can I cancel or modify my order?

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • Full refund for cancelled online payment orders (processing time: 7-10 days)
  • No cancellation fees for orders cancelled before processing

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You can refuse delivery (delivery charges will apply)
  • You can return the product after receiving it (within 7 days)
Important: COD orders confirmed at delivery cannot be cancelled. Please inspect products before accepting delivery.

How can I return an item?

Returning items at BSS Leather is simple and hassle-free:

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from delivery date
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Original invoice/receipt must be presented

Return Process:

  • Option 1 (In-Store): Visit any BSS Leather showroom with your product and invoice for immediate processing
  • Option 2 (Online): Email us at bssleathers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions
  • Option 3 (Courier): Send the product via courier to our address (courier charges apply)

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
